Here you will find all the information you need to make a request to AizuWinter.
Fandoms
We will ONLY be taking requests for the following fandoms (unless we REALLY like you):

How it works
If you do not have a particular doujinshi or book you wish to requst AT THE LEAST a pairing must be specified. Some info about what kind of thing you like would be good too. YOU MUST SPECIFY WHAT RATING YOU WANT (see our ratings guide on most gallery pages for our definitions). A maximum number of pages must also be specified as this will tell us the maximum price you are willing to pay. Non-specific requests will only be taken for events.
You can request specific books or circles but we will only take event requests if you are sure the circle will be attending. At other times we will only take requests for circles we know (that is, circles featured on this site). PLEASE NOTE: Most circles only sell the last two or three books they published at events, so older books are generally not available.
We need your name and a mailing address (so we can work out postage) and an e mail address. Obviously. Please send all this information and your email to aizuwinter@yahoo.com. When e mailing us, please type in the subject field "Request" followed by the series from which you are requesting a doujinshi (e.g. request-get backers). We will get back to you within 4 days. If you have recieved no reply, please resubmit your request.
Payment
Payments can be by PayPal, international money orders or if you can send yen, registered cash. All goods will be sent after the receival of payment.
Prices
These are variable. For event requests we charge as follows. As we do not yet know the price of doujinshi we will set prices by number of pages. All prices listed are in yen. Because we live in Japan. Postage costs are NOT included.
Under 30 pages 1,200
30-70 pages 1,600
71-100 pages 2,000
Over 100 pages 2,400

Postage and Packing
For thinner books postage will be charged as follows:
1 book 500 yen
2 books 800 yen
3 books 1100 yen
4 books 1400 yen
For thicker doujinshi (ie. over about 40 pages) add 400 yen to the above prices.
Postage by EMS is available upon request, but is more expensive.
Before you order...
Please think of Cienna and me! Be sure you will pay up for books you order because we have to fork out for them with our own money and we have to physically lug them around Tokyo. We do this mainly for the sake of other doujinshi fans and if we continue to get orders which are not paid for we will have to reconsider if it is worth it. So, please be considerate or you'll make us cry.
